A NOTE FROM THE THERAPIST:

I am a licensed professional counselor that has been working in private practice and decided to expand my vision beyond my office. I work with all different types of challenges and struggles but have seen a disconnect in teens and adults when it comes to understanding the importance of having both your mind and your body healthy. I want to help those that are struggling with physical goals tackle the mental blocks that are getting in the way of them achieving their goals.  My style of coaching and counseling works individually and uniquely with each client to address their mental challenges whether that be depression, anxiety, stress, struggles with eating behaviors, or daily life problems that get in the way of us taking care of ourselves mentally and physically. I have a passion for counseling others in these areas as well as in the fitness community. I know that with the combination of mental health counseling and physical fitness you will change your life to be happier, healthier, and balanced.
